Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales/Telesales Representatives to contribute to generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for generating leads and closing sales over the phone.  Maintaining  good customer relationships and building new relationships will also be key.  Subject to COVID there will the opportunity to conduct sales/relationship management with clients through face to face meetings/travel.

Job Responsibilities

  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services
  • Learn details about our product and service offerings
  • Answer questions about products or the company
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales 
  • Offer solutions based on clients’ needs and capabilities
  • Enter and update customer information in the database or CRM
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner
  • Generating and qualifying leads from cold calling
  • Managing, tracking, and following up on leads
  • Meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals in accordance with KPIs and targets
  • Creating and updating activity reports
  • Always strive towards meeting sales quota
  • Track and document calls and sales
  • Update client records
  • Prepare and present achievements and KPIs


  • Ideally with some background in selling training courses, workshops, seminars or academic qualifications
  • Technology or legal background would be beneficial
  • Finance and banking background would be beneficial
  • Must be UK based
  • Proven experience in sourcing and generating new business, closing deals, and achieving sales targets
  • A confident approach to cold calling decision makers and B2C consumers
  • Results-focused and ambitious
  • Identifying new sales opportunities across the target market
  • Comfortable working within a team and independently, with little supervision
  • Exceptional communication and persuasion skills to build relationships with the high-level decision makers
  • Ability to speak any other languages is desirable but not essential


  • Previous experience of some kind in education (would be a great advantage)
  • Have experience of working within a sales or cold calling environment
  • Have a track record of over-achieving targets
  • Have a strong telephone manner with experience of high call volumes
  • Experience working with a CRM
  • Have linked in lead generation marketing experience
  • Be an excellent communicator, both verbally and written
  • Possess strong listening and presentation skills
  • Have some experience of web presentation tools
  • Have the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Excellent telephone manner and communications skills at high levels.
  • Excellent Negotiation Skills.
  • Good IT skills and understanding of concepts.
  • Strong sales acumen is essential.
  • Have a track record of making 100-150 outgoing calls a day

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Commission

Salary: Basic Salary + Commission (great commission, earning potential 35-75k+ uncapped).

Basic salary range: £25k¬£35k per year
